4.6.3 Allowable piping loads

Discharge piping should be constructed to fit to the

ESP discharge piping flange. The ESP design can

accommodate large piping loads without affecting

the operation of the pump, but the installation

should not impose unnecessary loads to the

discharge flange. The allowable piping loads are

shown in Figure 4.2.
